Frequently asked questions
How do I reorder pages in a PDF?
Each page appears as a thumbnail with two arrow buttons. Use the left arrow to move a page earlier and the right arrow to move it later, then click Rebuild PDF to save the new order.
Can I delete pages from the PDF too?
Yes. Click the ✕ button on any page thumbnail to drop it from the document. The removed page won't appear in the rebuilt PDF.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs 100% in your browser using pdf.js and pdf-lib. Your file is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded, so your documents stay completely private.
Is my original file changed?
No. Your original PDF stays untouched. Rebuilding creates a brand-new copy in the order you set, which you then download.
Is there a file size or page limit?
There is no fixed limit. Because all processing happens locally in your browser, very large PDFs with many pages depend on your device's memory and may take a little longer to render thumbnails.
Will reorganizing reduce the quality of my PDF?
No. Pages are copied into the new PDF without re-encoding, so text, images and formatting keep their original quality. Only the low-resolution thumbnails you see on screen are scaled down.
