Frequently asked questions
How does this fancy text generator work without installing fonts?
It does not use installed fonts at all. Each style is made of special Unicode characters that already look bold, italic, script and so on. When you copy the text, you copy those characters, so the styled look travels with the text wherever you paste it.
Will the fancy text show up everywhere I paste it?
It works in most modern apps and websites, including Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord and many others. Some apps, older devices or specific fonts may not render every style, in which case characters can appear as empty boxes or fall back to plain letters.
What text styles can I generate?
You get bold, italic, bold italic, script, bold script, monospace, double-struck, fullwidth, circled (bubble), squared, small caps, strikethrough and underline — 13 styles in total, each with its own one-click Copy button.
Is my text uploaded to a server or kept private?
It stays fully private. All conversions happen entirely in your browser using JavaScript, and nothing you type is ever uploaded or stored. Your text never leaves your device.
Is fancy text accessible to screen readers?
Not always. Because these are unusual Unicode characters rather than normal letters, screen readers may read them oddly or skip them. Use fancy text sparingly and avoid it for important information that everyone needs to read.
Does it support numbers, emoji and non-English letters?
Most styles cover A-Z, a-z and 0-9. Characters a style does not have — such as emoji, punctuation or accented letters — are left unchanged so your text stays readable rather than breaking.
