Unlike most online tools, Your File Tools never uploads your files. Every tool processes your file locally on your own device using modern browser technology — the Canvas, WebAssembly, Web Crypto and File APIs. Your files never leave your computer, which is both faster and far more private.
Free, for everyone
All 165+ tools are completely free, with no account, no watermarks and no sign-up walls. The site is kept free by unobtrusive advertising.
Available in five languages
Your File Tools is available in English, Spanish, German, French and Turkish, so you can work in the language you're most comfortable with.
How it works
When you open a tool and choose a file, the processing happens right there in the page. There is no server that receives your file — we couldn't see it even if we wanted to. For a few tools, a processing component (such as the video engine or the OCR model) is downloaded to your browser the first time you use it, then runs on your device.
